This position reports to the BI & Reporting Solutions Manager AC EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor BI projects within the CoE team, supporting IT project managers.Develop schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure seamless collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation actions to keep projects on track.Utilize project management tools to monitor and report on project progress.Manage project documentation, presentations, analyses, and summaries.Lead project meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.Maintain an up-to-date AC EMEA projects pipeline and ensure alignment and data consistency.Gather business needs, create functional specifications, and work with SMEs throughout the project lifecycle.Organize regular updates to the business community about reporting tools, ongoing projects, and training sessions.Help build Power BI awareness and skills within the AC EMEA organization through training and demo sessions.Provide assistance to the BI organization for any additional activities as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

University degree in marketing, business, finance, or related fields.2-3 years of proven experience in managing BI/Data Analytics projects.Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability to organize and develop detailed work plans,Understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies,Excellent oral and written communication skills,Strong Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI,Good presentation and teamwork skills,Professional approach to workFluent English speaker.
