Analyst
- Develop crisp intuitive dashboards that provide relevant information based on the metric definitions

- Understand and design data schema in Hadoop or PostGres

- High comfort in working with Excel

- Plan and execute projects in a timely fashion meeting the business partner requirements
- Desired experience working with Pipeline/ETL teams

- Organize and wrangle large datasets so that you can get actionable insights from them. This may include finding innovative ways to combine fields of data that don't naturally mesh together.
- Communicate the understanding to Business audience

Senior Analyst
- Do required statistical analysis in R or Python and make required presentations/keynotes
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Do exploratory data analysis so you can navigate a dataset and come out with some broad conclusions based on some initial appraisal (ex: the averages of NBA player performance in a dataset that compares NBA game statistics with player salaries).
- Experience coordinating activities across a global team; Decent Understanding of applied statistical terminologies
- Exploratory analysis and Hypothesis testing - using R/Python
- How to use algorithms and programming to efficiently go through large datasets and apply treatments, filters and conditions to your data.
Manager level – Same as Team Lead level exp but should have team handling experience. Minimum 8 to 9 years of experience.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Analytics and Insights within the Networks domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves analyzing data providing insights and supporting business decisions to drive company success.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support strategic planning and operational improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics Utilize advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems and optimize processes Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management through presentations and reports Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analytics and networks to bring innovative solutions to the company Mentor and guide junior analysts to enhance their analytical skills and knowledge Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of analytical solutions Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions with existing systems Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and methodologiesQualifications
Possess a strong background in analytics and insights with at least 8 years of relevant experience Have extensive experience in the networks domain understanding its unique challenges and opportunities Demonstrate proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Show expertise in statistical analysis and modeling techniques Have excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly Be adept at using SQL and other data manipulation languages Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Be capable of working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical solutions on time Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development Be familiar with project management principles and practices Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members Have a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Tableau Certification or equivalent.
