WE LOVE OUR WORK.General Accountabilities:
Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests. Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks. Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services. Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities. Interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, professional, and friendly manner. Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor. Clean, organize, and stock glassware, coffee, water, beverage napkins, ashtrays, and straws. BRING US YOUR BEST.
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. Previous cash handling experience a plus. Ability to multitask and problem solve. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. Ability to stand and walk throughout the duration of shift. Excel at working independently and as part of a team. Must obtain a Bossier ABO and LACT. STAY IN THE GAME. FOLLOW US.
