Summary:
The Benefits Specialist at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Team Member Services team supporting efforts to deliver outstanding customer service and protect the well-being of our team members and the organization. This position involves supporting the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and retirement plans and is ideal for someone who is flexible and adaptive to changes, a critical thinker, and technically sound in research and reporting.

Required:
Associate degree from an accredited college or university in related field (experience may be considered in lieu of education).Minimum 2 years of Benefits Administration experience.Experience managing both Manual and Automated processes, fundamental understanding of data and accuracy audits.Advanced experience using full Microsoft Office Suite (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).Preferred:
Experience using UKG (formerly UltiPro) or similar HRIS platform.Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
