Position Overview
We are seeking an organized team player for our Employee Benefits Helpline, from mid-October through the end of November with some flexibility. This individual will engage with customers via phone and email, listen carefully, and provide information, resources, and follow-up regarding eligibility, enrollment, and claims. We need someone who is reliable, positive, well-organized, and can work well both independently and with our supportive and interactive team. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail-oriented, and tech savvy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer calls on our Benefits Helpline, identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutionsFollow up on questions via phone and emailDocument all communicationsRun reports to determine benefits eligibility, and use resources to research discrepanciesUse MS Excel to track, update, and reconcile informationFluency in written and spoken English is requiredQualificationsOne year or more call center experience managing inbound calls strongly preferredExperience with online enrollment, SAP, or HRISHighly self-motivated with a great deal of personal initiative and driveProven time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple interruptionsVery organized and detail-orientedAbility to speak directly to clients in a manner that inspires confidenceExperience collaborating within a teamExercise confidentiality and discretion; high level of integrityService oriented, very interactive
