POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for a Benefits Administrator to be based in our Owensboro, KY office. This position will provide administrative and customer support for the Benefits Service Center. This position will work extensively with benefits administration, spreadsheet analysis, reporting, benefit vendor interfaces, monthly provider invoice processing, and acting as liaison for employees/retirees to resolve issues relating to benefit plans. Various administrative duties include, but not limited to, preparing bulk mailings, setting up and maintaining departmental files and records, preparing departmental correspondence, and ordering and maintaining department office supply inventory. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE: + Candidate must have the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive situations and information + Must have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn + Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Must be able to manage a diverse range of assignments requiring experience, innovation, judgment, and initiative + Candidate must be able to balance multiple priorities with established time constraints in a fast-paced environment + Must be able to excel in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision + Should be action-oriented and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE: + 2-4 years employee benefits experience + Dayforce HRIS experience REQUIRED EDUCATION: + High School Diploma ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Boardwalk Pipelines, LP maintains a drug-free workplace and will require pre-employment drug & substance abuse testing before hire.
