We’re looking for a **HR Benefits & Compensation Manager** to oversee our leave policies, benefits programs, and compliance processes while ensuring smooth daily operations. **What You’ll Do:** ✔ Manage time & attendance administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance ✔ Lead benefits programs, open enrollment, and vendor management ✔ Oversee FMLA, PFL, and leave-of-absence processes ✔ Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations ✔ Coordinate audits, control testing, and special projects **What We’re Looking For:** 🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field 🔹 5+ years of experience in attendance & benefits administration 🔹 Strong knowledge of CA, NY & IL employment laws 🔹 Bilingual in English & Mandarin required 🔹 HR certifications (CEBS, CCP, SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred **Benefits:** Medical Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Plan, Group Term Life Insurance/AD&D, Dependent Life insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Voluntary Disability Insurance, 401k, flex spending and commuter benefits Join us and make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment!
