Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily bending machine operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Set up, program, and monitor bending machine for forming 3D sheet metal parts. Ensure proper machine setup, bending directions, and material handling. Perform quality checks on bent parts and address any issues promptly. Maintain bending files and ensure availability for production. Minimize waste by using correct settings and processes for each operation. Conduct regular maintenance on bending tools and machinery. Complete daily task lists and provide reports to the Production Coordinator. Train and guide machine operators on procedures and safety protocols. Maintain an organized and safe workspace around the bending machine. Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12. At least 2 years of experience as a Bending Machine Operator or in a supervisory role. Experience in manufacturing or engineering. Knowledge of bending machine programming and setup. To apply, please send your CV to [email protected]
