Benchmark Product Manager
We are looking for a Benchmark Product Manager to join our team and take responsibility for a new private credit benchmarking product. This is a ground floor opportunity to drive the direction of the benchmarks themselves and their supporting software capabilities, in order to meet the needs of our clients and our business.

At least 5 years of experience in product management, index management, or a similar role in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge and understanding of company loans and bonds as an asset class, and the data and technology involved in their valuation and analysis. Strong knowledge and understanding of financial market benchmarks, their methodologies, calculation, and governance. Experience with private capital markets. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
