Bench Repair Leader
**Bench Repair Team Leader, Nashville, TN** The AllParts Medical organization provides solutions to customers to ensure patient serviceability. This role is a great opportunity to grow a successful team as a team leader in repair operations. **Your role:** + Providing technical resolution guidance for parts repair and testing. In addition to supporting APM Operations, communicates solutions or actions, taking ownership, and acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines. + You will lead a team of 8-10 Bench Repair technicians by guiding to objectives and providing tools for individual and team advancement + Accurately documenting quality assurance records inclusive of diagnostics, resolution test procedures, and status using our digital management system. + Advancing APM’s ability to repair current product lines + Acting on escalations, complaints (safety / non safety related) or feedback, following agreed processes to ensure that information is captured accurately as possible, to allow for timely follow up. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in electronic repair space + You have an associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree in the electronics field preferred + Comprehensive PC skills e.g. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software applications. + Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service preferred. + Prior experience within an engineering, medical or science related environment is preferred + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
