Starting Rate: $11.00 an hour + tips

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Possess a good understanding of property layout. Supply guests with information they need to be able to enjoy their stay. Any other reasonable requests from Front Desk, PBX, Hotel Managers and/or Front Desk Supervisor. Daily bag pulls, luggage pick up and drop of guest bags. Ensure all luggage is correctly labeled and stored. Keep bellman room clean, neat and organized at all times. Assist valet with guest and luggage pick up and drop off. Clean lobby and entrance doors (including snow removal). Maintain neat, clean appearance. Keep work area neat and clean (including front desk). Keep pool area clean. Restock towels regularly. Maintain housekeeping supplies for the front desk area. Assist guest with luggage to their rooms .
