What You Do
Our Bell Team members are the first and last impression made to our guests of our resort. You are a bit of a jack-of-all-trades in this position as you are responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, room deliveries, parking, driving our resort shuttle and other tasks that may come up across the resort to help our guests. Bell team members need to be an expert on the area and generate excitement to our guests on what makes Osoyoos and Spirit Ridge amazing!

What You Need

Easy conversationalist – a master of small talk! Extra-sensory perception to how others are feeling A valid driver’s license and the ability to safely drive a vehicle/golf cart (no doughnuts!) Multi tasker who doesn’t crack under pressure Able to be on your feet all day Great physical shape as this job involves lifting and pushing a baggage cart Good to work in the heat Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
