As a Behavioural Change Specialist, you'll work within our Execution Method team to deliver sustainable, scalable behavioural change across the BUK change community. This work will enable and support the wider Capability, Culture and Engagement team’s capability deliverables, which aim to drive scalable capability uplift across leaders and teams, and engagement ambitions to inform, engage and activate key audiences to deliver measurable increase in advocacy, collaboration and community engagement.
The successful candidate will be an expert in delivering lasting behavioural change, with demonstrable evidence and experience of shifting mindsets and behaviours, to achieve strategic objectives. They will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding and experience of overseeing a programme of work to shift audience behaviour and embed a growth mindset to enable audiences to adapt effectively, and embrace significant change. Using cultural influencing techniques, and a deep understanding of how to connect with, and influence, different audiences, they will be a subject matter expert in this field; equally someone from whom the wider team can learn as well as being open to.A ‘servant leader’ approach to leadership is a must for this role. Experience in agile delivery and passion for adopting new ways of working and continuous improvement is essential.
You will have advanced behavioural and cultural change expertise along with excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management. You'll be confident influencing key Stakeholders through presenting and interpreting data. Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives. To be successful in this role, it's beneficial to have an awareness of Barclays’ retail business and the markets in which we operate. You'll be a conceptual thinker with ability to translate this into simple and clear programmes of work.Understanding of Agile, Scrum Management principles & tools e.g. Jira, Jira Align would be preferred.
