We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Coach to join our Exceptional Education programs, specifically designed for students with disabilities . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral analysis and a passion for working with children and adolescents with autism, mental health challenges, and/or intense behavioral needs. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students. + Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors. + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ behavioral and educational goals. + Provide direct support and intervention to students in both classroom and one-on-one settings. + Train and support staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies. + Monitor and document students’ progress and adjust interventions as needed. + Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students’ educational plans. Job Qualifications + Master’s degree in School Psychology, School Social Worker, School Counselor or a related field. + Experience working with children and adolescents with autism, mental health challenges and intense behavioral needs. + Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
