Demonstrates proficiency conducting functional behavior assessments, writing Positive Behavior Support Plans, and evaluating plans for effectiveness across multiple client environments (e.g., school, home, community, RTF). Requires the ability to conduct effective staff and parent/family training. Strong skills in the areas of behavioral consultation and performance management are also necessary. The ability to review and interpret existing behavior analytic research and contribute to the design and implementation of applied research projects and program outcomes studies. Experience and training in effective behavioral supervision techniques and the ability to provide BCBA supervision as needed. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
