Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose, service, and repair forklifts  Document notes and recommendations on the repair orderInspect forklift and advise Service Consultant of any areas of concern so customers are informedEnsure work is completed accurately and done safelyMaintain and exceed minimum shop production standardsAttend all required factory training and obtain all required certifications

Requirements:

Associate of Science Degree in Auto Technology or equivalent work experienceValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizesForklift repair work experience preferredMust own basic set of automotive repair toolsStrong attention to detailState Mechanic’s License and Safety Inspection License preferredExperience with DealerTrack preferredAnalytical with strong problem solving, communication, and customer relation skillsExcellent diagnostic skillsWork schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
