Role Title: ​ Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) Marketing Services Executive Function : ​ Marketing ​ Location: Philippines Terms & Conditions: ​ Full Time ​ WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE: + ​ ​ Processing payments for marketing collaterals and materials in the system (Coupa, Invoicing) + ​ Coordinate on Demand Creation related documents such as import and export product clearance and product requisition. + ​ Assist with product listing operational process such as Mockups , etc . + ​ Supporting the Demand Creation team to organize marketing workshop s and event s . + ​ Coordinating with Demand Creation team to ensure all marketing materials produced are delivered as planned such as Pre-POSM allocation, request items code, and SAP related. + ​ Organizing and servicing meetings, company visits and business trip for Demand Creation Team + ​ Managing marketing material stock and controlling all marketing assets. + ​ Liable for all marketing project networks with cross functions with highest precision + ​ Liable for all artworks networks & coordinate with the Demand Creation team for the alignment & deployment ​​ Experiences & Qualifications: + Good organizational skill.
