Beach Club Restaurant Supervisor

The Beach Club Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards. This role involves supervising and supporting the restaurant team, coordinating with the kitchen, managing reservations, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. The Supervisor also assists in training staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Guest ServiceSupervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.Maintain a welcoming and lively beach club atmosphere while ensuring top-quality service.Assist in seating arrangements, table management, and reservations to optimize guest flow.Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.Support the implementation of promotions, special events, and entertainment programs.Team Leadership TrainingSupervise, motivate, and guide the restaurant team, ensuring high performance and professionalism.Assist in training new employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and health and safety protocols.Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and excellent customer service.Inventory Cost ControlMonitor stock levels of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies, ensuring adequate inventory.Assist in minimizing waste, controlling costs, and maintaining efficient stock usage.Ensure accurate handling of billing, cash, and POS transactions.Health, Safety ComplianceEnsure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ensuring tables, bar areas, and equipment are well-maintained.Enforce compliance with company policies, brand standards, and emergency procedures.
