Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Program: Intensive Community Wrap-Around
Compensation: $79,768.00 annual salary
Location: Mobile position in North East Region, MA

Are you looking to apply your skills and practice within the intersection of mental health and behavior? Then look no further...The Edinburg Center is seeking BCBAs for an exciting new program for our DDS/DMH ASD Community Wrap Around Services Team - And this is not your ordinary BCBA role!
What You Will Do:
As a BCBA on the Intensive Community Wraparound team, you will join a multidisciplinary team of Master's-level Mental Health Clinicians, Bachelors-level Clinicians, Occupational Therapists, Young Adult Peer Mentors and E mployment Specialists. You will apply the principles of ABA to young adults experiencing challenges due to ASD, and other Mental Health diagnoses.
You will provide individual coaching, development of a FBA and BSP, participate in Mental Health Therapy to observe patterns of behavior, to offer a different perspective, and you will collaborate with a variety of collaterals.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will be part of a daily team consult, engage in a weekly 1:1 supervision with another BCBA, and have a weekly group supervision to better understand the complexities ASD and other mental health diagnoses that these young adults are struggling with. This role requires no minimum productivity requirement.
What You Will Bring:
+ The ability to think outside of the box, and be flexible, while following the principles of ABA, as well as having strong boundaries.
+ Be able to understand behavior and mental health are intertwined, and be comfortable working autonomously, and alongside a multidisciplinary team.
+ Experience working with young adults ages 18-26 years with ASD or serious emotional and behavioral challenges.
+ Experience conducting functional behavior assessments; experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans
+ Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments, preferred.
+ Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player, required..
+ A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
