We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA to provide consultation services to caregivers and individuals in home, school, and community settings. Our focus is primarily on children under three years old, but we also work with school-aged children facing challenges in their educational and home environments.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on children with autism and special needs.

Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.

Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and treatment sessions.

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, or ODD.

Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and strategies in ABA therapy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and professionals.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding treatment plans.

Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
