Bartender Job Description - Texas Steakhouse & Saloon - Lumberton, NC, 28358

As a bartender at Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and handling cash and credit card transactions.

Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Provide excellent customer service to guests Maintain a clean and organized bar area Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Handle cash and credit card transactions Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age Prior bartending experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
