ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
Oversee the responsible service of alcohol to guests, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards. Manage day-to-day bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control, spoilage, and other inventory information for food & beverage. Must focus on driving daily per capita, and revenue. Playing a key role in the Training and Development of the Bar Team members, certified cabana staff and bar team leads. Ensures proper staffing levels are maintained and follows-up with Co-Supervisors, and In-Park Revenue Manager. Carry out any disciplinary measures as necessary to ensure that the team follows Park policies and procedures each day. Ensure all team members and leads are trained on Point of Sale (POS) systems and adherence to all operational procedures. Continuously educate team members on new products, specials, and promotions, and encourage upselling to boost sales and enhance guest experience. Collaborate with loss prevention on any POS or theft-related issues. Assist with administrative tasks such as in completing timesheets, ensuring all employees are signed in and out, and breaks given out in order. Ensuring all paperwork gets filled out correctly and appropriately. Emphasized focus on quality and safety of food in restaurants and carts Supervise training and daily performance of all employees within the assigned area, to ensure that Guest First Service and Safety policies are followed. Responsible for all aspects Food and Beverage locations to produce maximum revenues while keeping the cost within budgeted guidelines. Ensure compliance with all Corporate and Park policies and procedures. Safeguard all assets, including equipment and merchandise. Requires using a telephone or radio communication device in a professional manner. Perform duties including park setup and breakdown, production of food, restocking products, and maintenance of Food and Beverage equipment. Ensure the locations are kept clean and orderly in accordance with county, state, and federal health code Demonstrate a strong understanding of food operations and menus. Consistently uphold the company’s service mantra of friendly, clean, fast, safe service. Ensure that all safety goals are reached, Safety Audits are turned in weekly and that all Safety Guidelines are followed. Other duties as assigned by the Full-time Supervisors and the Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years of age or older Required to obtain and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) server/seller certification. Must obtain and maintain Safe Food Handlers certification Experience in bartending, cash handling, and food service preferred (1 year of bartending experience is a plus). Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Proficient in basic mathematics for register transactions and inventory management. General knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar setup, and bar sanitation practices.
