As a Bartender at our Beach Restaurant, you will craft exquisite cocktails, serve refreshing beverages, and provide exceptional service to our guests in a luxurious, relaxed, and vibrant beachfront setting. You will ensure an outstanding guest experience through warm hospitality, expert mixology and seamless operations.

What will I be doing

A Bartender will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nPrepare and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, in line with the hotel’s standards with precision and creativity.\nEngage with guests with a warm and professional manner.  Providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.\nMaintain an in-depth knowledge of the bar menu, ingredients, and pairing suggestions.\nMaintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, well-stocked at the bar area and organized at all times\nManage bar inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and requisitions are made when necessary as well as report shortages to management\nFollow all responsible alcohol service regulations and hotel policies.\nCollaborate with the service and culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.\nHandle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently.\nKeep up with industry trends, seasonal drink offerings, and guest preferences.\nAssist in setting up and closing the bar, ensuring all equipment is properly handled and stored.\nParticipate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and new beverage innovations.\nMaintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.\n

\n\nPrevious experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel, beach club, or high-end restaurant.\nStrong knowledge of mixology, classic and contemporary cocktails, and beverage pairings.\nExceptional guest service skills with a warm and engaging personality.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to stand for long periods and lift beverage supplies as needed.\nStrong multitasking and organizational abilities.\n\n
