What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for all alcohol served Follows company policies and procedures Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned Upsell current promotions with suggestive selling Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized Upkeep general housekeeping duties Decline service to guest with no proper identification and follow procedures outlined by TABC Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned Communicating effectively with lead or supervisor Have a sense of urgency to take care of tasks as efficiently as possible Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers Cleaning outdoor and indoor areas and upkeep general housekeeping duties Keep assigned area organized and clean throughout shifts Maintaining safe area and work environment Prepare mixed alcoholic beverages following strict recipes

What You Will Need:
At least 18 years of age or older Obtain and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission server/seller's certification Obtain and maintain Safe Food Handlers certification Black slip- resistant shoes required Able to communicate effectively, including reading, writing and speaking Analytical problem-solving skills Positive attitude Ability to work independently or with a team Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays General knowledge of cocktail recipes General knowledge of bar setup and bar sanitation This position requires standing, walking, crouching, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, lifting, and pushing- Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to frequently lift, carry, or otherwise move and position stock and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to work both inside and outdoors in varying climates
