About the Role

You will be working as a Food and Beverage Attendant with a focus on bartending. You are responsible to host and serve all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking dining experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships. You will bring our bar concepts to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests.

Some of the responsibilities include:

To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentationAttend all training where requiredTo be charismatic and make conversation easily and with an array of people Following international and local Bar and Drink trends Closely follow and complete opening and closing procedures and check listsServe alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to duty manager immediately
