Overview POSITION SUMMARY: Hotel Lobby Bartending position Responsible for prompt, courteous service to bar and lobby guests by serving food and drinks, and maintenance of the area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Take, mix and serve drink orders. · Interact with guests and creates a welcoming atmosphere. · Record all sales using the appropriate register and follow all cash handling procedures. Maintain cash bank, guest checks and process all guest payments according to established procedures. · Completes open, close and side duties including: cleaning tables, stocking supplies, wash and stock glassware, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. · Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Follow all safety and hygiene standards. · Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times. · Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management. Part Time Position 4pm- 11pm shift Qualifications · Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds. · Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws. · Knowledge of all drink types. · Strong communication and customer service skills.
