A Barista at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre engages our guests during their visit, receives/serves orders and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality.

What will I be doing?

A Barista at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre will be responsible for delivering high quality coffees to our guests while serving them in a friendly, efficient manner and maintaining a clean and safe work environment while ensuring that guests feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times.

\n\nTake coffee orders from guests and the F&B service team.  \nPrepare and serve coffees consistently with the hotel standard drink recipe. \nAssist in other beverage orders and preparation as required.  \nPrepare different kind of latte art for coffees with creativity and style. \nMaintain glasses and other items in attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotional suggestion. \nPresent drinks menu, make specific recommendation and answer question about beverages. \nResponsible for restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.         \nClear and reset tables in the bar as required.  \nRecord drinks order accurately. \nAssist in creating and implementing standard coffee recipes for the outlets.\nConduct coffee trainings for the F&B team as required.  \nMaintain a friendly atmosphere and deal efficiently with any problems that may arise\nBe passionate about customer service with the capability of delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. \nAssist the dining area if needed during busy operation.\n\n

\n\nPrevious experience as Barista.\nExperience in Latte Art. \nExceptional personal presentation and communication skills.\nFlexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.\nPassion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.\n\n
