We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to help manage our bar programs. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the bar program, implementing and enforcing standards set down by management, scheduling, training, inventory & ordering and tending bar if needed. You will work with the Food & Beverage director to increase sales and service in your department. Ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of wine, beer and spirits with at least 3 years upscale casual or fine dining experience. This is a full time position paying between 40,000 to 50,000 depending on experience, plus full benefits for full time.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure standards of appearance and sanitation are maintained on a daily basis
  Maintains effective portion control using established pouring methods
  Ensures the liquor and alcoholic beverage supplies are maintained and complete 

Qualifications:

Must be able to secure an alcohol pouring and handling license and food handlers
  Must be able to train Bartenders
  Must be able to stand for periods of time
  Must be detailed oriented, Customer service oriented and organized
  Must have Reliable transportation
