Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. **CORE WORK ACTIVITIES** **Managing Daily Operations** + Supervising and coordinating banquet staff activities during events. + Ensuring banquet rooms are arranged according to client specifications and company standards. + Welcoming and assisting guests to ensure their satisfaction. + Effectively communicating with kitchen staff for prompt and efficient service. + Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
