Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Banquet Server to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

Responsibilities Set up tables following catering event orders.Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed. Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled. Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures. Break down the event according to company procedures. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or olderOne year of previous experience as a server in a high-volume environment preferredExcellent guest service skillsAbility to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shiftAbility to lift 35 poundsAbility to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions Shift Details
