What will you be doing?

As Banquet Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing all banquets and events in the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest experience. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

\n\nEngage, motivate, train and develop team members to deliver the most reliable, friendly experiences for our guests\nEnsure that service, food and meeting space presentation for all conferences and events are of the highest standard\nManage operating costs, identifying any areas for action\nMaintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and supplier\nEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement\n
