The team is currently seeking high energy Banquet Bartenders on a temporary basis that will provide our guests with a high caliber level of service. A Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The ideal candidates will possess:

\n

 

\n\nAt least one year of bartending experience is required. \nAbility to execute exceptional craft cocktails. \nHave a thorough understanding of beverages and ingredients and ability to make recommendations based on preferences and/or food pairings. \nMust be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. \n\n

 

\n

The hourly wage for this position is $28.33 plus tips.

\n

What will I be doing?

\n

 

\n

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n

 

\n\nGreet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.\nMix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.\nPresent and serve beverages to guests.\nCheck guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations.\nAccurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.\nStock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.\nCut, store and ensure product quality of all beverage-related perishables.\nRespond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed.\n\n
