Job Description

To assist in proactively managing a portfolio of FNB Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Wealth Advisors through provision of analysis, research and sales and service fulfilment with the intent of identifying additional opportunities for banking new clients and growing a portfolio of existing clients through effective stakeholder management.

Are you someone who can:

Assist with profit growth for the business through sales and acquisition of new clients.Ensure growth and increase in customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads and growing active customer account base.Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all relevant information.Support sales through analysis of client portfolio and pro-active client engagement.Provide sound services and recommendations based on customer and client needs, current information and trends.Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisionsAchieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels.Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships that enable achievement of operational objectives.Identify opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers.Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements as well as set processes and procedures related to area of specialisation.Ensure effective management of the leads pipeline.Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.Act responsibly with work related resources in order to contribute to cost containment.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a relevant Degree in Finance or Economics or Accounting.Completed your RE5 qualification or registered to write your RE5 examsHave 2 - 3 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a banking / financial environment.

Additional Requirements                        

In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.
