We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equity-Linked Origination VP to join our Equity Capital Markets team in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of equity-linked products, including convertible bonds, warrants, and other hybrid instruments. You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing equity-linked transactions for our corporate clients, working closely with our Investment and Corporate banking teams, as well as Sales & Trading teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' strategic and financial objectives. **Responsibilities:** + Originate and develop new business opportunities in the equity-linked space + Structure and execute complex equity-linked transactions, including convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds, mandatories, synthetic instruments, and other equity structured instruments + Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing them with strategic advice on equity-linked financing solutions + Collaborate with internal teams, including Investment and Corporate banking, country coverage teams, sales & trading, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients + Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the equity-linked market + Prepare and present pitch books, financial models, and other materials to clients + Manage the end-to-end transaction process, from initial client engagement to deal execution and post-transaction support **Qualifications:** + Experience in equity-linked origination, equity capital markets, equity derivatives, or a related field + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field + MBA or Master's Degree in Business preferred + Strong understanding of equity-linked products and capital markets + Proven track record of originating and executing complex financial transactions + Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills + Strong client relationship management and business development skills + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment + Exceptional communication and presentation skills This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
