Mission:
The Bank Relations Manager ensures efficient management of bank relationships, mandates, banking powers, instruments, guarantees, and tools, while optimizing costs and driving operational improvements.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in the fields of banking negotiation and document management related to treasury activities (powers of attorney, banking services, KYC, FATCA, etc.), nice to have: Finance & Accounting;University studies (Economic studies); Advanced level of English; MS Office proficiency (especially Excel);Very good communication skills;Negotiation and relationship;Understanding of business and the banking world;Curiosity & ease with information systems;Orientation to details, high level of accuracy and efficiency, autonomy and organization; Ability to work as part of a team; Proactive and with initiative; Client & process improvement focused person.What will you do:
Monitor the relationship with the bank and for the observance of commitments; Management of bank mandates, banking powers (creation/deletion) for all banks following Group procedures; maintains the registers of the signatories and submits them for confirmation by the banks; Management of banking instruments, their evolution and associated rights; Negotiation of the best price for all local banking services (fees and Service Level Agreements); Follows banking Service Level Agreements and bank card contracts;Is in charge of opening/closing accounts and banking services; Preparation of ad hoc reports; Management and centralization of bank guarantees, negotiation of conditionsEstablishes the PA for bank charges; carries out recording, monitoring and consolidationIs in charge of circularization: request and analysis of errors, in relation with the auditors;Key-user function for banking communication tools and the contribution to the respective evolution projects.In Michelin we offer:
