BAKERY PLANT MANAGER (DURBAN)
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma. Experience: Proven experience managing a bakery. Certification: A food handler's license. Responsibilities Summary: Oversee daily bakery operations and staff management. Develop and enforce SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor inventory and maintain product quality and freshness. Coordinate with suppliers and track sales performance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Train staff and handle customer inquiries and complaints. Implement marketing initiatives and collaborate with other departments. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
