Responsibilities

Providing overarching supervision of kitchen, utility, and distribution operations. Collaborating closely with the Leadership Team to devise and implement strategic initiatives. Meticulously handling payroll reconciliation and maintaining meticulous records for financial reporting. Nurturing a culture of excellence by coaching and training supervisors to uphold exceptional performance and service standards. Establishing transparent communication channels with staff to foster collaboration and accountability. Proactively procuring ingredients and optimizing inventory levels to meet production and corporate demands. Strategically monitoring food costs and implementing cost-saving strategies through strategic purchasing. Remaining abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure our competitive edge. Crafting and executing work plans for holidays and special events, ensuring flawless execution. Collaborating closely with the executive team on procedural enhancements and new product launches. Overseeing delivery processes to ensure punctual and accurate order fulfillment. Implementing and managing maintenance programs for kitchen equipment and vehicles. Spearheading waste and recycling programs to champion our sustainability initiatives. Serving as the primary liaison for airport operations and city renewals. Proactively addressing customer needs and concerns in collaboration with the call center. Guiding and coaching staff to maintain product quality, delivery timeliness, and overall customer satisfaction. Managing purchasing responsibilities for all back-of-house equipment as needed.
