WE LOVE OUR WORK. Adheres to all HCCTR as well as all Food and Beverage Policies.Follows batch recipes on all desserts as instructed by Executive Pastry Chef.Keeps bakery clean at all times.Properly stores and rotates all baked goods and ingredients. Ensures that the bakery items are always stocked and ready for our guests. Works closely with other departments to ensure that our guests receive the best dining experience we can offer. Ensures all waste is logged into the waste book. Bakes bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries and any task assigned to you by the pastry Chef. Prepares items in accordance to restaurant order guides.Maintains valid WV racing license, Food Handlers permit and TIPS certifications. BRING US YOUR BEST. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and volume. Ability to multiply and divide recipe quantities as needed Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; and stoop, knell, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
