Back-office Specialist with English

Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesThis is a back-office position within Service Administration.
Your tasks:Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,Manage service contract,Handling customer inquiries,Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections),Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents.
What You Need to SucceedVery good knowledge of English (min B2 level),Well-developed MS Office skills, Quick perception, excellent attention to detail, focus on time frames, Ability to work according to clearly defined rules,This will be your asset: previous professional experience in similar position,knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.
