Description Robert Half Marketing and Creative is hiring for a B2C Marketing Director with a client in Atlanta. This is a direct hire position. We’re looking for a B2C Marketing Director to lead and execute marketing strategies that attract business relocations and support an established business ecosystem. This role involves directing marketing specialists (content, design, and digital teams) and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand visibility and engagement. What You’ll Do: + Content Strategy: Develop and execute content plans that align with business goals and drive engagement. + Campaign Management: Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. + Channel Activation: Oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, including email, social, SEO, SEM, PPC, and display. + Team Leadership: Manage marketing specialists to ensure timely and high-quality execution. + Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams across economic development, innovation, and communications. + Partnership Activations: Develop and manage relationships with external partners to expand reach. + Performance Analysis: Consolidate and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies. Requirements What You Bring: + 8+ years in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership or account director role. + Proven experience in B2B marketing, digital strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution. + Strong understanding of brand positioning, content strategy, and performance marketing. + Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies. + Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects. + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
