The purpose of the job is to ensure the execution of the strategic segment and Account strategies defined at HQ to set up and implement Account commercial and marketing activities to achieve yearly objectives and to ensure profitability of Key Accounts according to company targets
Duties and Responsibilities
Sustainable Acquisition
Define Account opportunities and build complete Customer Plan to ensure sustainable Account acquisition
Follow Global Strategic Accounts assigned to the portfolio
Use of the CRM system to acquire and develop new accounts
Execute plans for assigned potential accounts in alignment with business objectives and customer strategy
Negotiate commercial agreement with Accounts
Customer Life Cycle Management
Build a customer plan to drive overall business and achieve profitable sales objections using the Out of Home OOH strategic segment approaches
Develop Key Accounts together with the Commercial Manager
Ensure maintenance and growth of the Top 20 customers
Build longterm partnerships with new and existing customers to capture new business opportunities
Execute Account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through training PR events promotions etc
Ensure new large deals within customers to sustain volume growth
Use of the CRM system to maintain and develop existing Accounts
Flawless Execution of Commercial Activities
Define and manage the Key Account Sales budget for the year in cooperation with the Commercial Manager
Align and execute HQ strategies and initiatives
Collaborate effectively with OOH colleagues and all departments to deliver the overall commercial plan and guarantee high standards of customer relationship management
Customer/Market knowledge and Best Practices
Analyze and know the market its development and foresee future trends in collaboration with the Marketing team
Understanding of customers and endconsumers into actions that allow growth and expansion for the related segment and strategic segments and Leverage this knowledge to the market and HQ
Cascade information collected during national/ international conventions and meetings to the team
Monitor and report all competitive activities and share it with the marketing department
Challenge areas of improvement supported by concrete action plans
Premium brand values and customer experience
Ensure consistency of the brand and Consumer / Customer experience in the Office or hotels offices restaurants and cafe environment
Ensure professional service in accordance with the brand image
Optimize brand equity with visibility through the brand experience brand exposure and products trials
Ensure in compliance with the Operations Guidelines that the organization responds flexibly to customers expectations and optimize the service if necessary
Adherence to Company principles and policies
Adherence to principles and policies including trade policy local Sales policy local trade terms and safety and legal regulations
Ensure that OOH activities are managed according to company business principles
Ensure that company policies procedures and business ethics codes are communicated and implemented within the team
Execute international commercial guidelines
Coordinate with accounting to secure accurate payment from customers
Requirements
3 to 5 years in a Business to Business / Direct Sales environment
3 to 5 years experience in a Field Sales or Account Management or Business Development role
Experience in driving crossfunctional teams in strategic and high value new business pursuits
Demonstrated success in previous sales roles
Experience in marketing is advantageous
