Become a member of our Customer Experience team and help jewelers all over the world make moments that matter happen for their customers. The Laser Technician Trainee responsibilities include customer first service and support experience, as well as maintenance, repair and delivery of the laser equipment in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer phone calls and emailsWork with customers to test, troubleshoot, and repair equipmentLifting on a regular basis to crate and uncrate shipmentsEstablish relationships with inside specialists and experts to ensure an integrated experience for customersCapture customer information and utilize intelligence in Salesforce.Flexibility with work schedule, tasks, and assignments.Flexible travel schedule, some overnight travel Drive company vanTravel (primarily via driving with some flying involved) to current and prospective customers’ locations
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and good driving record, including drug screen and background checkExcellent communication skills via telephone, email, and in-person conversationCustomer centric with an ability to quickly recognize and address customer service and experience challenges.Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and within a team environmentTechnically and mechanically inclined with the ability to learn/understand circuitry and mechanicsCoachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to operate a forkliftPrevious technician experience
