Job summary :Seeking an authority Architect with proven ability in Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory with 10+ years of experience. Nice to have skills include Python, Azure Event Hub, and Azure DevOps. Must have domain expertise in Investment Banking & Brokerage and Investment Banking Operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Architect, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing scalable and secure solutions using Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to assemble requirements, provide technical mentorship, and ensure successful project delivery.
Additionally, you will supply to the development of standard processes and mentor junior team members.
Shown development experience in building sophisticated data pipeline for lake house data warehouses
Using Agile methodology ADF Databricks, Azure Cloud Services, MS SQL Server, Python, Pyspark, and DevOps
Should have detailed understanding of Data lakes raw enriched curated layer concepts and ETL within Azure framework
Highly skilled in end to end Data warehousing and BI analytics design development
Build and Design Functional Technical specification documentations or any artifacts needed
Qualifications:Expertise in Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory
Proficient in Python, Azure Event Hub, and Azure DevOps
Strong proven experience in Investment Banking & Brokerage and Investment Banking Operations
Experience with Agile methodology and building sophisticated data pipelines for lake house/data warehouses
Familiar with PySpark, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Kafka, Structured Streaming, and other related technologies
Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until 12/15/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$130,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
