AWS Migration Expert **Job Description** **Job Title:** AWS Migration Expert **Job Location:** Atlanta, GA **Job Type:** Full time with benefits **Responsibilities and requirements** **Job Responsibilities:** + Create a strategy and vision for cloud migration that delivers value to customers. + Develop and maintain a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. + Track key metrics like cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability. + Ensure alignment with line of business (LOBs), products, partners, and stakeholders. + Measure the success and impact of the migration approach using KPIs. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in public cloud migration (AWS). + Expertise in the cloud migration lifecycle, design, and data analytics. + Demonstrated ability to lead cloud migration activities (discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management). + Proven experience with cloud migration programs in AWS/Azure, and a good understanding of DevOps. + Ability to develop and execute strategic migration plans that align with organizational goals and drive adoption from a product perspective. + Strong understanding of cloud computing and DevOps technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. + Ability to use data analysis tools and techniques to measure migration roadmap effectiveness, derive insights, and continuously optimize strategies. + Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and support for platform initiatives. + Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: + Demonstrated ability to work in highly matrixed, complex environments. + Familiarity with agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. + Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar are a plus. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
