AWS Enterprise Account Manager

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and technical expertise, enabling them to engage at the executive level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should also be a self-motivated individual, prepared to develop and execute a territory coverage plan while consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities
Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan
Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
Accelerate customer adoption
Maintain a robust sales pipeline
Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
Manage contract negotiations
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction
Expect moderate trave
