What you'll be doing Manage quarterly planning, roadmaps, and capability backlogs for our public-facing web properties Tie work to business goals and outcomes by establishing OKR’s for effective prioritization Advise business leaders on strategic website initiatives that support organizational goals Oversee website performance and drive ongoing optimization through user research and data analysis Proactively identify challenges, collaborate cross-functionally, and enable successful outcomes Build strong relationships across the Digital organization to validate solutions meet critical needs Builds and maintains strong strategic relationships throughout the Digital organization and across LFG to understand and validate that solutions and initiatives meet business needs Participates in other initiatives within the organization as assigned

10+ Years experience in web strategy or execution that directly aligns to the specific responsibilities for this role  Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or equivalent work experience  Proficiency in UX design principles and best practices Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $120,600 - $220,100 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
