Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking an AVP of DevOps to lead within an enterprise environment. This individual will be responsible for delivering quality implementation of DevOps, CI/CD, and GenAI platforms. This leader will drive high-level and hands-on strategies to implement quality DevOps strategies to meet the goals of the business. This individual must be a strong and effective communicator working with almost every delivery team across the company. This role will include collaborating crossfunctionally to align architecture and frameworks to support sustainable and scalable solutions. The AVP of DevOps will manage around four leaders within the organization providing coaching and overseeing an organization of up to five hundred developers. This is a very highly visible and technical role, so this leader must be professional, have strong communication skills, and a growth mindset.
