AVP, Strategy, Self-Service - NYC

AdTheorent is the leader in Demand Side Platform (DSP) machine learning solutions for advertising. Since 2011, AdTheorent's advanced machine learning and media buying platform has delivered measurable real-world value for advertisers. The platform – built for traders, by traders – is now available as a self-service SaaS offering. 

Position Overview: 

AdTheorent is currently seeking a qualified and experienced AVP, Strategy – Self-Service to join our team. This individual will lead strategy, product marketing, platform demos, competitive analyses, and product roll-out for AdTheorent’s Self-Service offering. Externally, this role will work directly with prospects and clients to pitch the platform, customize solutions, train users, and onboard organizations. Internally, this position will collaborate with various stakeholder groups (Strategy, Product Marketing, Product, Learning & Development) to close-loop feedback on product, processes, and materials. 

 

Responsibilities Include:  Maintain a deep understanding of programmatic knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings, which will inform product strategy and help maintain AdTheorent’s competitive edge.   Maintain active competitive landscape and analysis.  Constantly refine the positioning of AdTheorent’s Self-Service offering in a competitive market.  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic self-service DSP business pitches by supporting DSP demos, creating bespoke pitch materials, consulting on RFI/RFP responses, and business model support.   Develop the go-to-market plan for new product releases in partnership with Marketing, Product and Product Marketing.  Partner with the Sales team on strategic Self-Service client proposals  Create an immersive and informative platform Demo experience for prospects and clients  Foster enthusiasm for the platform and promote key features.  Advocate and anticipate the need for new Sales materials and lead the production of new content, case studies, and positioning.  Consult with clients on use cases for new / upcoming features.   Serve as the voice of the customer inside AdTheorent; provide client feedback regarding the platform to Product and Tech teams internally. Aggregate user experiences and feedback to shape platform enhancements.  Ensure client satisfaction in every engagement with AdTheorent’s platform and team.  Craft POVs for internal and external distribution.   Analyze client investments, product performance, and feature adoption across self-service DSP usage to inform data-driven narratives.
