AVP, Product Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Owner. We’re looking for someone with strong experience working with various stakeholders particularly in tech and business.

To be successful as a Product Owner, you should have the following:

Experience with JIRA, story writing, scrum concepts

Experience in a particular domain such as payments, rewards, marketing, etc.

Experience in applications/tools such as AEM, SalesForce, etc.

Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data

Experience with UI/UX frameworks and API Swagger documentation

Experience in successful product delivery in an agile model

Experience in defining MVP for a capability, measuring the performance, and iterating to add additional features, as needed

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

This role is located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Purpose of the role

To manage and improve products, and the effective execution of these products.  

Accountabilities

Management and improvement of products using agile methodologies to support the monitoring of metrics such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and to support the development of roadmaps that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a product.Collaboration with stakeholders including traders, salespeople, risk managers and technology teams to align the product vision and development process.  .Utilisation of market research, analysis of customer feedback and monitoring of industry trends to identify new products, features or enhancements.  .Development and execution of reports and presentations to communicate product updates, features, requirements, acceptance criteria and success stories to relevant stakeholders, including developers.  .Execution of user acceptance testing to validate product concepts, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on design prototypes.  .Development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a smooth launch of new products or features in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.  .
