Key Objectives:
This leadership role is focused on Chubb’s commitment to manage and grow our Construction Industry Practice by aligning internal resources to provide exceptional overall service to Chubb key clients and brokers. This position will be responsible for assisting our industry practice to achieve exceptional performance and growth, while helping to improve service offerings in claims and risk engineering across the IP. Business Analyst will drive business development initiatives, develop and execute strategies, and report on progress. BA will also carefully dissect the data to better understand areas of opportunity and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, excellent influence, solid analytical skills and a proven track record of success.
Working directly for the Executive Vice President, NA Construction Industry Practice Leader, this role will act as a liaison amongst all product lines within the industry practice and as the driver of multiline opportunities. This opportunity will provide national visibility with brokers and clients as well as internal Chubb resources and product lines. The vast responsibility of this position leads to an exciting and fulfilling role as an Assistant Vice President, Construction Industry Practice.

Qualifications:
7+ years underwriting or sales experience within the Construction insurance industry. Business acumen: Strong understanding of products, risk appetite and construction industry.Track record of high achievement in a team-based and results-oriented culture.Ability to influence, motivate and inspire stakeholders.Self-motivated, takes initiative and strong work ethic. Demonstrated analytical, strategic planning and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to people and process in pursuit of business objectives. Excellent communication, influence and negotiation skills, ability to exercise positive influence over formal and informal organizations and management at all levels.Ability to effectively interact with brokerage, customer and internal stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Undergraduate degree required.
The pay range for the role is $102,000 to $168,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
